Thelma Buchholz

CURTISS -Thelma A. Buchholz, 68, of the town of Holway, died Nov. 30, 2004, in the emergency room of Memorial Health Center in Medford.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Saviours Lutheran Church in the town of Holway. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Hemer Funeral Home, Medford, and from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

She was born Aug. 15, 1936, in the town of Hoard to Elmer and Amelia (Hamm) Neitzel. She married Karl Buchholz on Aug. 21, 1954, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church. Thelma worked as a cook at Medford High School for 27 years, retiring in spring of 2004.

She is survived by her husband, Karl Buchholz of the town of Holway; two daughters, Deborah (Greg) Allar, Rib Mountain, and Elaine (Brian) Hallgren, Medford; two sons, David Buchholz, Eau Claire, and Terry Buchholz, Curtiss; eight grandchildren; her mother, Amelia Neitzel, Curtiss; and one sister, Lorraine (George) Krug, Westboro.
