Edward Paulson (1886-June 1938)

FORMER LOCAL MAN DIES IN KENOSHA; INTERMENT IN NASONVILLE

Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon for Edward Paulson, 52, who died Tuesday at 7:14 p.m. at St. Catherine's hospital in Kenosha after a sudden illness resulting from an internal hemorrhage. The Re. Arthur R Oates, pastor of the local First Presbyterian church, officiated at the rites, which were held at 3:30 o'clock in the Seehafer-Hansen funeral home. Interment was made in the Nasonville cemetery.

Several vocal selections were rendered during the services by Mrs. J H Cundy and Mrs. Harley Oligney. Mis Ruth Ingersoll was accompanist.

Pallbearers were: William Dix, Leslie Gepner, Genn Peterson, Bernard McTavish, Hubert Pulvermacher, and Fred Anderson. Mrs. Glen Peterson, Mrs. Bernard McTavish, and Mrs. Fred Aderson were in charge of the many floral tributes.

Mr. Paulson has been a resident of Marshfield his entire life except for seven years which he spent in Canada and Montana. HE WAS MARRIED MARCH 18, 1915, TO ANNA GARDNER, TOWN OF FREMONT, CLARK COUNTY.

Out of town relatives attending the funeral services included Mrs. Anna Paulson and sons, Norman, and Arvin, Kenosha, and daughter, Miss Lorene Paulson, Evanston, IL; Delbert Gardner, Racine; Frank Gardner, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Rausch, John Cattanach, Misses Mamie and Dorothy Gardner, Charles and Cyril Gardner, Mr. and Mrs. Russel Gardner, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gardner, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Todd, Mr. and Mrs. John Franke, and Edwin Mirjic, all of Granton; Mrs. Edith Paulson and son, Arthur, and daughter, Agnes, Mr. And Mrs. Ross Paulson, Clifton Paulson, and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Paulson, Neillsille; Mrs. Edward Vance, Springfield OH; and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Myslic, Chicago; Mrs. and Mrs. Carl Zais and daughter, Elma, and Mrs. Curtis Cattanach, Granton.
