Davel, Andrew J. (5 NOV 1903 - 30 Jan 1926)

Andrew Joseph J. Davel died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Davel of Loyal, Clark County, Wis. Saturday morning Jan. 30, 1926, after a long illness.

Andrew was born in Loyal Nov. 5, 1903. He attended the Parochial School in Loyal, from which he graduated on June 19, 1920. Then he completed his high school course in the Loyal High School, from which he graduated on May 26, 1922.

He leaves to mourn his loss besides his parents, his aged grandparents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters, they are: Alexander, Bernard, William, Margaret and Helena, a host of relatives and friends.

The funeral services were held at the Catholic Church Wednesday, Feb. 3 and his burial took place in the Catholic Cemetery, Rev. Father F. Stenz officiating.

Those out of town who attended the funeral of Andrew Davel were: Mr. and Mrs. George Davel of Stratford; Mr. and Mrs. John Davel and son Vernal of Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dietsche and son Fred Jr. of Abbotsford; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Brill, Mrs. A. Lamont, Mrs. Fred Zassenhaus of Colby.
