Albert Musich

Albert 'Bert' Musich, age 87, of Greenwood, died at his home on July 23, 1998, at 5 p.m. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

AZlbert Musich was born on Jan. 7, 1911, in Virginia, Minn., to John and Anna (nee Kotze) Musich. The family moved to Willard when he was just a small child, and farmed just east of town. He was educated in the Willard State Graded School. He farmed the family farm with his mother until her death in 1959, at which time he moved to Marshfield and worked for Weyerhauser and Berg Manufacturing until his retirement in 1976. The next two years he spent building a home in Greenwood and moved there in 1978. He resided there until the time of his death. Albert served as the clerk of the Town of Hendren, and enjoyed woodworking, workin in the woods, and tinkering.

He is survived by three nephews, Mark, Raymond, and Joseph Musich; three nieces, Nancy, Liz, and Jeanne; and two sisters-in-law, Ameila Musich of Waukegan, Ill., and Florence Musich of Palm Bay, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Joseph, and Victor.
