Krueger, Caroline (4 JUN 1867 - 30 OCT 1926)

Mrs. Julius Krueger passed away at her home very suddenly, Oct. 30, 1926, heart trouble being the cause. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wagner, born June 4, 1867 at Milwaukee, Wis. One daughter preceded her in death, at the age of three years.

Caroline Wagner was united in marriage to Julius Krueger Jan. 21, 1890. They resided in the city of Milwaukee twelve years, after which they moved on a tract of land in the town of Sherman, Clark County, Wis., which was developed into a good farm. She was a home-loving woman, always looking on the bright side of life; she was a kind and loving wife and mother and will be sadly missed in the home. She leaves to mourn her loss, besides her husband, three daughters and one son: Mrs. Mabel Mueller in California, Mrs. Ella Curtis in North Dakota, Mrs. Edna Tober of Granton and Alfred Krueger at home. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. August Milbreit, three brothers, Emil, Gust and John Wagner.

Those from away who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. George Mueller of California, Mrs. F. Curtis and children of North Dakota, Mr. and Mrs. Aug. Milbreit, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs. E. Wagner, Westfield; Gust and John Wagner, Westfield; Mr. and Mrs. will Milbreit, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Milbreit, Waupaca; Mr. and Mrs. M. Krueger, Watertown; Mrs. Julia Krueger and daughter, Neosho; Aug. Schmidt and son, Abbotsford. The funeral was held at the Loyal Methodist Church, Nov. 5, Rev. Wilson Mallory officiating. Burial took place in the Loyal Cemetery.
