Rev. L. Allen of the Town of Loyal, occupied the pulpit at the Center yesterday.

Miss Lillie Warner of Neillsville spent Sunday with her parents.

Arvilla Learned was reported on the sick list the first part of the week.

Messrs. A.W. Hale and W.H. Smithers transacted business at the Windfall Thursday.

A.W. Hales purchased a cow last week which proved to be a very fine animal.

Levi Fulwiler visited the villages of Granton and Chili the last of the week with the view of hunting up a location.

Elder Hoffman and A. Benedict improved the fine sleighing by making calls throughout the town last Thursday.

Sol. Hanes moved his family onto his farm near Loyal the fore part of the week.

George Rowe and wife took in the sights at Neillsville Wednesday.

Albert Dunn who recently sold his farm here intends to locate near Greenwood, Wis. where he has a son living.

Webb Winn shipped a car load of wood to Eau Claire the middle of the week.

Frank Snyder seems to have great attractions a Aix nowadays.

Ernest Heirpin, an artist of Granton, spent a few hours at Wilcox Friday, and done some nice printing for E.M. Rowe, our merchant. E.M. Rowe was at Chili last Friday on business.
