In 1910, Mrs. Bowman departed this life at their farm home in the town of Cleveland, Jackson Co. A few years later, he, with his young family, moved to Billings, where six years ago he was married to Miss Heath of that city. Two girls were born to them, Rilla and Frieda, who with the widow now reside on a farm near Billings.

The remains were brought to Fairchild, and the funeral was held from the home of his sister, Mrs. Clifford Dunn, in Garden Valley, Monday afternoon, Rev. Alex J. Abbott officiating. Among a large concourse of relatives he was laid at rest in the Garden Valley Cemetery.
