Francomb, Anna (28 Jan 1886 - 13 Nov 1909)

Mrs. Anna Francomb, wife of Harry Francomb, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Dahnert in the town of Levis, Clark County, early Saturday morning, Nov. 13, 1909.

She was born at Stoughton, Wis., Jan. 28, 1886, and came to Neillsville with her parents in 1901; was married April 22, 1905 to Harry Francomb at St. Paul, where they lived ever since. Her health had been poor for some time, but she was able to make the trip home the day before she died, walking from the train to the carriage and riding out to her father’s home. That night she grew suddenly worse and died in a short time. Besides her husband she leaves her parents, five brothers and three sisters, to whom is extended the community’s sincere sympathy. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at the Unitarian Church in Neillsville, Rev. Schmidt of Stratford officiating.
