West, Maggie (Marriage - 23 Sep 1902)

Mr. Oscar Johnson of the town of Lynn, Clark County and Miss Maggie West were married at the home of the bride, the residence of Mr. and Mrs. William Waterpool in the town of Grant, on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 1902. Rev. G.W. Campbell officiating. There was a very large attendance of friends of the bride and groom, there being fully one hundred and fifty guests present. Many beautiful presents were given to the young couple who certainly begin life with abundant good will and best wishes.

The groom is a young man of good habits and industry and stands high in the community in which he lives. The bride was a successful teacher and a lovely young lady. The newly wedded couple began housekeeping at once on a farm at Lynn.
